Julia Pittman is Managing Director of Beaver Pest Control, part of Orkin UK Services, with over 15 years’ experience in the pest management industry. She joined Beaver in 2014 as Head of Sales and played a key role in scaling the business from £1.8m to £8m in revenue, before being appointed Managing Director in 2025.

She brings extensive experience in both entering and winning industry awards, as well as supporting teams in developing strong, evidence-based submissions. This gives her a clear understanding of what differentiates a good entry from an outstanding one.

Alongside her operational leadership, Julia sits on the BPCA Executive Board and chairs the BPCA’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Committee, leading initiatives to improve representation and attract future talent into the industry.

She is also Chair of the Wandsworth Chamber of Commerce, which supports local businesses and economic growth within the London borough.
