Simon is the publisher of Pest magazine and group managing director of its parent company, Lewis Business Media Arts. Simon has been a judge of several award schemes in many different industries in the past, including those in the farming and retail sectors.
Simon said he will defer to the other judge’s knowledge and experience on matters relating to the technicalities of pest control, however, he brings a wealth of business management experience to the panel.

Simon is the editor of Pest magazine and he also edits another Lewis Business Media title, OvertheCounter, a magazine aimed at the animal health industry.
With more than 30 years’ experience in business-to-business journalism, Simon has sat on judging panels in several different industries and says it is a privilege to be involved in recognising achievements of individuals and businesses.
He said he enjoyed reading all the entries this year and he encourages winners to promote their win to customers – winning an award can really drive a business, or individual, forward.
Simon looks forward to meeting the finalists and celebrating the very best of the UK pest control industry at the gala dinner in London.

With more than 20 years’ experience in lobbying and government relations, Rosina brings a strong track record of championing membership organisations and influencing change in Westminster.

I began my career in pest control in 2006 as a sales surveyor at Rentokil. Over the past 18 years, I’ve progressed through various leadership roles, including heading the Prokill Franchise Network and playing a pivotal role in the CMA process following Rentokil’s acquisition of Mitie Pest Control. I later oversaw the successful transition of the business into Terminix UK and, more recently, Vergo. This extensive experience—from operational roles to strategic leadership—has given me a comprehensive understanding of the pest control industry.
As CEO, my vision is to elevate the profile of the pest control industry, ensuring that technicians receive the recognition they deserve. I am committed to positioning NPTA members for success by providing them with the tools, training, and support they need to uphold the highest standards of practice and thrive in a competitive landscape.
Outside of work, I enjoy coaching youth football and spending quality time with my family.

Chris Cagienard, based in Glasgow, GB, is currently a Managing Director and Field Biologist at Pest Solutions. Chris Cagienard brings experience from previous roles at Soapbox Digital Media and British Pest Control Association (BPCA). Chris Cagienard holds a 1997 - 2002 Bachelor of Science (BSc) hons @ Glasgow Caledonian University.
